The calculator feature isn't available yet on the confirmed Phase 1 backend. This page deliberately doesn't make any API request until the `POST /calculator/generate` contract is available on the backend.

Coming next: budget, guest count, region, and category allocation will connect once the calculator endpoint is confirmed.
